The badges I make are handcast in pewter. It takes 2-4 weeks from getting the design to the finished badge.

 

Once I have the design I convert it into a 3D file using the dimensions you supply and send you images for your approval and make changes you want until you are happy with it.

I will then 3D print the design and again send you photos.

If you are happy with the finished badge I will send you an invoice and once paid I get started on making them.

 

There are a few options for the finish. Most badges are finished with a black wash but there is also the option of polishing them up or even having them gold plated or enamelling in multiple colours but these do put the price up.

 

Depending on size and complexity the cost per badge is between €16-21 with a minimum order of 10 badges + postage.
